Refund Policy

You have the right to return a product within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unopened and unused. Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

• The product must be in its original packaging;
• The product must be in resaleable condition;
• A valid proof of purchase must be provided.

Exceptions:
Fragrances that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

How to Request a Return:

• Email us at [royal.essencce@proton.me] with the subject “Return Request”;
• Include your order number and reason for the return;
• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive the returned item.
